We have finished a web application project for Bleichert GmbH, a German manufacturer of driverless forklift systems for warehouse automation. The work centered on one task: making a complex piece of industrial robotics usable for people who do not write software for a living.
The project grew out of Bleichert’s decision to move into the SMB segment with a more accessible model of its autonomous forklift technology. That system, built in partnership with NODE Robotics, moves loads on its own along pre-configured circuits. To put it in the hands of smaller operations, Bleichert needed a dedicated web interface that warehouse teams could pick up without specialized training. That is where we came in.
Bleichert chose us as a technology partner for our engineering background. Our task was to design and build a web application with an interface intuitive enough that even users without a technical background could configure forklift operations and monitor them in real time.
We delivered a fully functional MVP, including interactive demo features, in seven weeks — in time for Bleichert’s presentation at LogiMat, the international trade show for intralogistics solutions. We organized the engagement around regular sprint meetings and kept communication transparent throughout, which let Bleichert’s stakeholders stay aligned with us across the whole development cycle.
Warehouse automation is no longer a privilege of large enterprises. This is the direction the market is moving, and Bleichert understood it early. Our task was to translate a complex technical system into an interface that a warehouse operator can master without lengthy onboarding. For us, the project sits inside a broader shift in industrial automation, where manufacturers look for software that carries advanced robotics beyond large enterprise floors and into operations that could not reach it before.
