*instinctools is looking for L2 Site Reliability Engineer

Our requirements:

  • Strong troubleshooting ability (Cloud/Linux OS/Ubuntu/networking/+) 
  • Strong working knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and Cloud Native services; AWS (Azure not required but would be a plus)
  • Ability to deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform/Ansible
  • Scripting – know programming language (preferably Bash, Python) to be able to create automated processes with clear code or troubleshoot existing jobs
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Docker
  • Working knowledge of modern CI and CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Working knowledge of load balancing, network security, standard network protocols (HTTP/s, DNS, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Security, understand the principles of work of Linux Iptables, Windows Firewall.
  • Exposure to modern monitoring, alerting and logging tools: Splunk, ELK, Elastic, Zabbix, DynaTrace

English: Upper intermediate+

Nice to have:

  • Experience in supporting web front-end and data intensive applications: Nginx, REST APIs, Postgres, ETL workloads, etc
  • Certification in AWS / Azure / Terraform
