*instinctools is looking for a candidate for the position of a Business Development Representative to work as a part of our professional Marketing team! 

As BDR you will be responsible for communicating with inbound leads – potential customers from the USA and EU, who has contacts *instinctools with any request. The BDR’s role in the sales process stands between Lead Generation and Sales Managers.


  • Qualify inbound leads on the stage of Prospect 
  • Score inbound leads on the stage of MQL
  • Contact leads through calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential customers
  • Identify MQL’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build trusting relationships with prospects
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Managers
  • Arrange outstaffing agreements coming from inbound channels

An effective MDR should:

  • Be proactive! 
  • 100% know, understand and be able to explain in English Instinctools’ Value Proposition
  • 100% know, understand, and be able to explain in English and German the advantages and benefits of collaboration with *instinctools
  • Know how to deal with customer objections.
  • Know Hubspot CRM and internal systems used in the Business Development team
  • Possess analytical skills and be able to make custom reports
