We are looking for a leader to manage our Sales Development Representative team. SDRs are the lifeblood of our account pipeline, and we seek a leader who can bring out the best of our team through its development, building out and managing to success metrics, driving the team to exceed new opportunity quotas and build out future sales talent pipeline. This role reports to our Head of BizDev and requires the ability to maintain strategic partnerships across the organization. Mainly with Marketing and Account Executives.

Locations:  Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus.

You will:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly SDR Team goals (MQLs + SQLs)
  • Inspire and lead the SDR management team to maximize their potential and professional growth
  • Build close cross-functional relationships with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure SDR with other teams alignment
  • Develop SDRs future career path and promotion opportunities

What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of SDR best practices: activity metrics, increasing response rates, SDR automation, messaging and cadence, reporting, etc
  • Experience maximizing SDR tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zapier and others
  • Experience in successfully working with a sales/marketing team to achieve mutual results. Smarketing understanding
  • Automation tools and experience
  • Experience in managing SDR outbound teams, preferably with an enterprise software company
  • Account Based Marketing experience
  • Email Deliverability rules understanding
  • Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate
  • Developed communication skills
