We set up Service Lines as the main business centers of product/service management, for example, Business Intelligence Service Line (SL), Cloud Services SL and s.o. to achieve our goals and provide quality service to our customers.

About the role:

The Head of Product/Service Lines is accountable for product portfolio strategy implementation and product life cycle management for the whole company. This role works on a strategic level hand in hand with the Head of Marketing and C Level.

We’re looking for a highly skilled professional in the product management area (in a service company), with experience in marketing. The Head of Product/Service Lines will report directly to the C Level. The Head of Product/Service Lines adds to our expertise power in Product strategy development which matches the company’s overall vision. The role also implies product portfolio management and close collaboration with Service Line Managers helping and guiding them to develop and grow the products and services.

Objectives and responsibilities:

  • Developing a vision and growth strategy, control and adjustments for a product portfolio;
  • Defining of business model and financial model of the product or SLs as an investment area;
  • Controlling budgets, being responsible for the creation and implementation of business plans and their achievement;
  • Participation in product/service marketing strategy development and implementation;
  • Participation in the sale of a product/service;
  • Formation of a unique offer to the client;
  • Communication with the client in the role of a service consultant;
  • Defining the strategy of entry and growth of the client within the product/service;
  • Developing and implementation of a partnership strategy;
  • Organization of the process of continuous improvement of SLs: developing standards and exchange of best practices, ensuring relationships between SLs;
  • Analyzing of results and indicators of the product portfolio, applying required adjustments;
  • Manage investment resources/budgets for new and current SLs
  • Analyzing of target markets and clients to adjust strategy and improve current products/SLs;
  • Reporting to C-Level by metrics/KPIs;
  • Attracting and formation teams for new SLs and their development, motivating of key participants.

  • Experience in the role of Product Manager/Marketing Manager for at least 5 years+;
  • Deep knowledge in IT outsource company business value chain;
  • Experience in Pre-sale and Bid management;
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills, result-oriented thinking, coaching abilities;
  • English level: Advanced or higher;
