In 1998 Aliaksei was one of the co-founders of Belarus software development company which is now known as *instinctools Belarus. This firm became a strategic partner of *instinctools GmbH in 2001.

Basically coming from technical background, Aliaksei is now diverting more into the direction of strategic planning and customer relations. Main focus of his current responsibilities lies in defining strategy for the offshore division and managing offshore development teams and geographically distributed projects.

Aliaksei holds a Diploma in Physics and Automation Technology from University from Grodno State University, Belarus and an MBA with specialization in International Management from Pforzheim Business School, Germany.
