• Workflow Engine allows getting full control over processes related to maintaining and updating information on websites of any size. It allows automating of standard operating procedures by defining regulations for document flow between users who perform predefined roles. All processes are described with the help of XPDL. For example, it is easy to automate processes of confirmation of publication, common work on documents, etc.
• Messaging Module is used for communication between users of the system, as well as between the system and users. It is very useful when several users have to work on the same object. A user can leave a message for another one and the recipient will get a notification when logging into the system. In general, this mechanism is very similar to e-mailing where each user has own mail box.
• Content Subscription Module allows users subscribing to content with defined parameters. For example, if a user is interested in all changes done to the content related to some particular fields of interest, s/he can set certain parameters and get notifications to her/his box whenever any changes are done to the related content.
• Content Syndication is a module which allows copying some particular parts of other website content with authors' permission and paste it into the own site or offer others to use own content on their website. In return the receiver of the content has to put a plug or link on the supplier's website. It is a good way to build incoming links and/or receive high quality articles for keyword optimization without writing them.
