  • Input Module provides sophisticated mechanism for document capturing, indexing and storing. It helps to cope with increasing number of corporate documentation in electronic format, such as images, emails, text, pdf and html files, by offering transparent processes of creating new documents and inserting already existing ones from other applications into a single repository.
  • Management Module provides with possibilities to search, retrieve, view and annotate (edit, mark-up, add notes, electronic signatures, etc.) and archive existing documents. It also allows deleting content according to predefined rules. It enhances effective operating with all corporate documents and adherence of processes to company's regulations.
  • Distribution Module manages the processes of document delivery to the intended recipient. It allows delivering of rtf, pdf or tiff files into mailbox or for web-publishing. It allows attaching an email or customized cover letter to the file.
