*instinctools’ management has extensive experience in international IT Management, Software Product Design, application development and organisation as well as leading and managing of nearshore projects.

Our managers and developers hold university diplomas along with substantial years of practical experience which makes them perfectly qualified for their tasks. Some of them still keep active contact with academics by lecturing at universities.

Maxim Grouchevoi is the Marketing Manager and Projects Coordinator at *instinctools GmbH. Maxim has more than 5 years of experience in leading and consulting international media projects, and managing information distribution portals. Alexander Pranko

Alexander Pranko is the IT Project Manager and the person-in-charge for product development at *instinctools.  Alexander has more than 10 years experience in International software project management and Product Management.  He joined *instinctools in 2004 and before joining, he already had worked at other prestigious firms.
