WYSIWYG XML Editor is a special module for visual presenting of complex XML structures. Editors do not have to know sophisticated details of XML - the content is marked automatically while an editor is working in a simplified but familiar Word environment. Results of all the changes can be viewed immediately. Such intuitive environment provides with possibilities to engage client- side editorial editors. Usage of XML formats provides with possibilities to reuse existing content (sentences, paragraphs, chapters; text, pictures, graphs, tables, etc) in many places and helps to avoid redundancy and mistakes. It allows smooth adding of new files or editing already existing ones and all pages which contain this file or are linked to it, are updated automatically after saving the changes.

Versioning Module allows working with different versions of objects. It provides possibilities to view full edit history and roll back to previous versions. It also allows parallel storing of several versions of the same object.

Metadata Module is used for describing different types of objects and allows editing their characteristics, indexation and search. Usage of metadata allows defining the types of objects, their availability for different users, processes which can be applied to particular types and ways and time of objects’ delivery. Usage of parameters helps to manage frequent changes in many places and increase the speed of document adaptation to specific needs. It simplifies the process of making changes in the content and allows efficient search throughout the whole database and easy change of the needed data in all documents only by changing of the variable value. Variable assignment can be applied to the library, book or individual object level.
