We provide our customers with consulting on all aspects related to application development and maintenance.

Together with our customers, we work on analysis of their current situation and decide upon desired results.  We define the scope of the project, develop the requirements and give consultation on all the details regarding project infrastructure: adequate standards and terminology, methods and tool support, user groups, security control, processes, workflows, server and client hardware requirements. Our long years of experience in software development projects can help our customers to manage their risk of initiating and delivering complex application development, software implementation and integration projects.

Especially, we offer our consulting efforts in all questions regarding project sourcing.

Based on our “smart sourcing” strategy we can offer running projects  onsite at our customers’ facilities,  offsite in our German office, or outsource it to the offshore lab in Belarus. In order to meet individual customer’s needs we usually use one, two or even all the three options at the same time.  Due to this blended “smart sourcing” strategy we are able to design projects in line with our customers’ cost, delivery and risk expectations and develop qualitative, flexible and timely solutions.

If it comes to Quality Assurance activities, we can also offer substantial support to the customers due to our broad experience in QA related processes and tasks.  We define proper testing methods during initial discussions and then conduct testing of case descriptions and expected results later on, which ensures delivery of high-end solutions from the very beginning.

If our customers lack capacity for important QA activities, our offshore QA Team is ready to take on the work related to QA and test packages. It allows our customers to take the load off their own teams of this cumbersome and time consuming work and focus on more strategic tasks.

We help our customers to find optimal software solutions and proper tools to support their business requirements. Therefore we conduct market research on existing software solutions and tools which fit our customers’ business and strategic needs, provide with proposals as to the prospective candidates and work with our customers on a decision matrix by evaluating their functional scope, technology, features and constraints. Based on the customer requirements, we also perform feasibility testing of tool candidates.
